Don Pancho Happy Points is a loyalty program created to reward all guests who chose our hotel repeatedly. Members accrue points on each and every Euro paid directly to our hotel.
Points are then automatically converted into discounts for the guests next stay. Discounts apply to hotel goods and services such as food and drinks.
Guests who book directly with the hotel benefit the most, as every Euro spent on the actual accommodation itself earns points. Direct guests can apply the discount towards the cost of their next accommodation at our hotel.
There is no need to sign up. All our guests are automatically enrolled in the Don Pancho Happy Points Program.
All goods & services paid directly to the hotel such as food and drinks automatically earn points. These goods & services need to be charged to the room in order to earn points.
Guests who book directly with the hotel also earn points.
Discounts apply to hotel goods & services such as food and drinks. Guests who book directly with the hotel can also apply the discount towards the cost of their next actual accommodation.
The discount is applied on the guests’ next stay (as long as it is within 14 months). The discount with then appear automatically on the guests’ bill at the time of checkout.
Yes, points expire after 14 months.
Yes. When guests book directly with the hotel, they not only earn points on food & drinks, but also earn points on the cost of their accommodation. These points can then apply towards a discount on their next accommodation.
