On the 26th and 27th of November, the Benidorm Half Marathon and the 10km race will once again return. At the\u00a0Hotel Don Pancho\u00a0we like to bet on sports and healthy living habits, and that is why we wanted to be part of this healthy and fun competition by collaborating as official accommodation of both races.<\/p>\n
The Benidorm Half Marathon is one of the great events of the autumn of the Mediterranean and this year it celebrates its 33th edition. It has a distance of 21,097 meters, which run through the center and the coast of the city of Benidorm, which allows to have a panoramic view of both the interior and its beautiful Bay while practicing running, a sport more and more fashionable.<\/p>\n
Increasingly popular, the Benidorm Half Marathon receives visitors not only from all over the country but also a large number of foreigners who are encouraged to live this experience that mixes sport and tourism, giving our city even more international fame. Last year our streets welcomed 3,000 runners from which almost half were from other countries, which is a clear example of the international influence of this Half Marathon. This year it is expected that the number of registered people will grow and that again it will become a total success and a sport reference.<\/p>\n
For those who are still beginning to compete in running, the 10km run of Benidorm is perfect to start or even to train because of its clean, central and exciting layout. It is one of the fastest and most active on the Costa Blanca, and runs through the city, which makes it very fun.<\/p>\n
