Starting off we have an exceptional rice dish – arroz a banda! This is a 2-in-1 dish<\/strong>. \u00a0First of all, the rice<\/strong> is made in a soupy sauce made from whitebait.\u00a0 Then the stew<\/strong>, called caldero marinero, is made from potatoes<\/strong>.\u00a0 These two dishes are then served separately, which is why it is called “a banda” meaning “on the side”.<\/p>\n

Cazuela de pescado a lo pobre – Peasant fish stew<\/h3>\n

A very simple but tasty dish. It is made from fish, potatoes, fish broth, almonds, wine and paprika<\/strong>. It is usually made and served in a traditional clay pot. Delicious!<\/p>\n

Stuffed squid<\/h3>\n

Coca farcida – filled savoury pastry<\/h3>\n
