At the Hotel Don Pancho we keep on working to discover new flavours and\ndelicious dishes to add to our menu<\/strong>. And good proof of this is the great\nvariety of sweet and salty proposals<\/strong> that we present every day in our\nBuffet- Restaurant, that features Benidorm\u2019s most famous buffet.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this post we want to focus on the confectionery<\/strong> where our team\nhas created 5 new and delicious desserts sugar-free <\/strong>that will\nundoubtedly delight all our guests. If you find you are craving sweet\nfoods after a meal or you just want to boost your mood, but you cannot have\nsugar, you will love these. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We present the 5 sugar-free desserts that from now on you will be able to\nsee, enjoy and experience in our restaurant<\/strong>. Without a doubt a healthy\nand very tasting experience<\/strong>. Shall we start?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Chocolate bomb with biscuit.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

It’s one of our favourite desserts, simply delicious! It is the re-interpretation of a classic and highly praised recipe of the Don Pancho<\/strong> where the chocolate is the leading ingredient. This dessert also has a biscuit base<\/strong> that gives it a touch of crunchy contrast. If you like chocolate, you have to try it!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is suitable for celiac, vegan<\/strong> and those guests who are lactose intolerant<\/strong>, what more can you ask for?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Without a doubt, the taste of orange and chocolate combines perfectly, and this exquisite dessert is a good example of this. It has a thin crumble base<\/strong> to add some texture.

Apple is one of our favourite ingredients for desserts because of its texture and flavour<\/strong>. The excellent variety of desserts that we usually have in our restaurant<\/strong> is proof of this. Also, this ingredient provides its own sugars so it is not necessary to add anything else! In our dessert, we have prepared a cake formed with aromatised baked apple<\/strong> covered with a crumble thin layer and a touch of almonds<\/strong>. A healthy and delicious dessert<\/strong> you can’t miss!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
