The Rinc\u00f3n de Loix street market<\/strong> is held every Wednesday and Sunday of the year and you can choose from a wide range of products, from clothes to food. You’re sure to spend an entertaining morning browsing the stalls.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Another one of them, the Rastro El Cisne<\/strong>, is located in a large enclosure on the Albir road, just five minutes drive from the Levante beach. If you’re into collecting, vintage items or just like to look around, you can’t miss out on a visit any Thursday, Saturday or Sunday of the year. You’ll also find a bar where you can eat and drink and, if you’re lucky, even enjoy a live performance. A good atmosphere is guaranteed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Benidorm has it all, even the typical Basque pintxos<\/strong>. Can you believe it? You can go on a gastronomic tour tasting these typical tapas in the heart of the old town.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Here you’ll find several streets dedicated to tapas, this characteristic area runs from Plaza de la Constituci\u00f3n to Calle Santo Domingo. Without a doubt, trying a couple of these pintxos accompanied by a glass of wine is one of the best ways to enjoy a summer’s day in Benidorm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Benidorm, for better or for worse, is characterised by the tourism of the three P’s \u201cpaseo, pipas y playa\u201d<\/em> (walk, <\/strong>sunflower seeds and beach). That’s why you should make a note of these two places that will allow you to discover a side of Benidorm that you may not have known about while you enjoy a pleasant Mediterranean stroll.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The first of these is the Mirador del Castillo<\/strong>, undoubtedly the most photographed and Instagrammable balcony overlooking the Mediterranean on the Costa Blanca. In addition, very recently a recovery was carried out to enhance the archaeological remains of the old castle from the 16th century.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Thanks to this, the visibility of the spaces has been enhanced and elements such as a walkway made of glass have been installed on the ground, as well as explanatory panels that guide you along the route. Without a doubt a futuristic and different perspective of Benidorm that you can’t miss while you enjoy a night stroll in the open air.<\/p>\n\n\n\n One of the things you can’t miss in Benidorm is, without a doubt, seeing it from the heights. That’s why we suggest you go up to the Mirador de la Cruz<\/strong>, it is advisable to go by car. This place is one of the best places from which to appreciate the transition from day to night, at the same time as you watch all the lights come on and see an incredible panoramic view of the whole city, known as little New York<\/strong>. We’re sure you won’t be disappointed by the views.<\/p>\n\n\n\n If you liked the views and want to get another perspective of Benidorm, there is another viewpoint that is less well known, but with a lot of charm that you can visit. This is the Ermita de la Virgen viewpoint<\/strong>, located at the end of the Poniente beach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n As its name suggests, there is a chapel at the top, where the Virgin of the Sea, known for being the protector of fishermen and sailors, is located.
