The Integral System of Spanish Tourism Quality in Destinations or SICTED provides support to all those companies wishing to optimize their quality systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It was born at the beginning of this century due to the need to have a comprehensive quality management system at the destination on a permanent basis and complementary to other quality programs. Subsequent tourism policies emphasized the need to turn Spain into a quality destination that would differentiate us from our Mediterranean competitors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is a program developed by the Secretariat of State for Tourism<\/strong>, whose purpose is the integral and permanent management of quality in a tourist destination.  Its main objective is to achieve a uniform level of quality in the services offered to tourists within a specific destination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this respect, Hotel Don Pancho has a long history of recognition by SICTED in all aspects related to quality in tourist destinations, and our latest distinction is no exception.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We were distinguished for Advanced Good Practices to reduce the risk of SARS-CoV2 infection in the tourism sector.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

And this distinction is added to those of COVID Protocol-on<\/strong> that we already have. Because our priority is and always will be our guests and employees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
