The Integral System of Spanish Tourism Quality in Destinations or SICTED provides support to all those companies wishing to optimize their quality systems.
It was born at the beginning of this century due to the need to have a comprehensive quality management system at the destination on a permanent basis and complementary to other quality programs. Subsequent tourism policies emphasized the need to turn Spain into a quality destination that would differentiate us from our Mediterranean competitors.
It is a program developed by the Secretariat of State for Tourism, whose purpose is the integral and permanent management of quality in a tourist destination. Its main objective is to achieve a uniform level of quality in the services offered to tourists within a specific destination.
In this respect, Hotel Don Pancho has a long history of recognition by SICTED in all aspects related to quality in tourist destinations, and our latest distinction is no exception.
We were distinguished for Advanced Good Practices to reduce the risk of SARS-CoV2 infection in the tourism sector.
