At Hotel Don Pancho we firmly believe in the need to support the inclusion of people with disabilities in the workplace as a way to enrich our society and also to promote the development of people and companies.
That is why we are very proud to announce our commitment to the Fundación Adecco, an organisation that has been working for more than twenty years to promote the inclusion of people with disabilities in the labour market.
Plan Familia for people with disabilities
The Plan Familia helps people with disabilities to develop competences, skills and personal autonomy so that they can develop an occupation or work activity. This initiative was created in 2001 and since then thousands of people have been able to benefit from it.
Our commitment to the Fundación Adecco is materialised in our support for this great project so that people with disabilities can have a future in employment and full social inclusion. Within the framework of this programme, we not only accompany people with disabilities, but also work with their families and their closest environment, providing them with the guidance they need.
Thanks to our support for this initiative, four people with disabilities and their families receive the help they need to improve their quality of life and have a better future.

This week we had the pleasure of receiving a visit from two of the families at the Hotel, a visit we will never forget! The strength, the kindness, the affection and the gratitude they showed us…. we couldn’t be prouder, happier and more grateful!
