What have we prepared for this New Year’s Eve? In this special year, we could not miss the opportunity to repeat our traditional New Year’s Eve gala. The gala is going to take place in our restaurant and… we have a surprise in store!
To liven up the gala we will have live music in the ballroom. In addition, we will accompany the arrival of 2022 with an open bar. We are looking forward to celebrating a new year’s eve at the Don Pancho with all of you.
New Year’s Eve Dinner 2021*
We have the dinner menu confirmed, and it will be as follows:
Appetizers
- Diced Marinated Salmon with Avocado Mousse.
- Cream Cheese with Red Fruits.
- Foie Macaroni with Fig Jam.
- Crispy Prawn Brochette with Wakame Aioli

- Seafood Bisquet with garnish.
- Lobster supreme, Mézclum with sprouts and coral vinaigrette.
- Strawberry Gin Tonic Sorbet.
Main Course
- Galician beef sirloin steak with Port wine and potato cake, chestnuts and shallots confit.
Dessert
- Cethus Cake 2022 with White Chocolate Mousse and berries core.
