Reopening of Hotel Don Pancho Benidorm
We know that these months have been hard. That’s why we believe you deserve to enjoy a good holiday and, where better than at your trusted and favourite hotel? We are very happy to announce our opening date to welcome you back on the 17th of May at the Hotel Don Pancho in Benidorm.
In addition, we have a few surprises in store. As we told you a few weeks ago through our social networks, we have been working on the hotel making improvements to keep impressing you and to make sure your experience with us continues to be magnificent.
We have refurbished all our lobby area. In addition, we have also made some changes to give a new look to our facilities. Don’t they say renew or die? At Don Pancho we always choose to renew ourselves.

We want to see you enjoying a cocktail in the hammocks of our chill out area while you cool off in the pool, we want you to surprise yourself again tasting all the variety we have in our buffet restaurant and we also want you to relax with a good Thai massage and forget about everything. You deserve that and more!
Besides our staff will be delighted to see you again and, even with a mask on, they will try to give you their best smile and pamper you properly..

- We have hydroalcoholic gel points distributed throughout the hotel so that you can disinfect your hands at any time.
- We remind you that the use of masks is compulsory in all common areas of our establishment, as well as respecting the capacity limits.
- We have implemented the use of digital charts and informative QR codes for consultation via mobile phones, and much more!
These are just some of the measures against COVID-19 that have been put in place at the Don Pacho Hotel, where we will continuously try to work and improve on each one of them.
