At the Hotel Don Pancho we always strive to improve the experience of our guests ; our continuous improvement culture is part of our hotel’s DNA.
For this reason, it is a great pleasure to inform you that next year the hotel will close its doors for just one month, from November 17 to December 16 of 2019 (both included), to carry out a series of improvements in the rooms and common areas. We are convinced that these upgrades will make your future stays with us even more enjoyable and comfortable.
Among the improvements that we will carry out during these 30 days are: a brand new independent AC/Heating system in every one of our rooms, brand new ceilings and lighting in the entirety of the Lobby Level, complete refurbishment of the Lobby Level bathrooms, and the conversion of the few remaining bathtubs to walk-in showers.
Even though we could have conceivably completed these improvements while keeping the hotel open, we opted to close it as we wanted to avoid the slightest bother to our guests. We are committed to preserving peace and quiet in the Oasis of Peace that is the Don Pancho.
We thank you for your patience and understanding during our closure; when the Don Pancho re-opens, it will be better than ever!
Thank you for that information on the refurbishments to the hotel as on my previous visits I did not find anything wrong with the hotel so lt ls good to see you are continually improving the hotel all the time I am now looking forward more now on returning next February
My son will be coming to your hotel in September 2019 on our glowing recommendation since we’ve been to your hotel on numerous occasions. No doubt we will be returning yet again in March/April 2020.
We had the pleasure of staying at The DON PANCHO in Oct 2019, It was a very pleasant stay with absolutely no problems whatsoever, and we will be returning soon.
Hello to all at Don Pancho,we will be back March 21st for 10days .We were going to ask if we could possible have a shower cubical(as age is catching up !!)but have just found you have had more refurbishing so good to hear about the showers Great! We had a wonderfull holiday last August you all made Dereks 80th birthday extra special Thank you.Cant wait to come back. Best hotel in Benidorm

Looking forward to visiting Don Pancho next year in September. Should of been this year but never mind. I hear all positive comments about this hotel. Would like a high floor if possible so we can sit on the balcony and have a nice view.
