TripAdvisor, the largest hotel recommendation web in the world, has awarded yet again a Certificate of Excellence to the Hotel Don Pancho.
This certificate has been awarded every year starting in 2010 to the hotels and restaurants that offer the highest quality standard levels. TripAdvisor evaluates and measures the experiences of the guests, who have the final decision on the rankings.
Once again, the Hotel Don Pancho has achieved this prize after receiving many excellent reviews in the last 12 months.
With this TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence, the Hotel Don Pancho is placed on the top 10% of all hotels worldwide with the best reviews.
“This award is very important for us as it is based on our own guests’ experiences’ states Francisco Quiles, the Don Pancho Group General Manager. “This also poses a challenge, which is to continually improve further the Hotel Don Pancho as much as possible”
Excellence and quality commitment are the Don Pancho’s main goals.
The Hotel Don Pancho just reopened its doors after a massive refurbishment; the hotel renovated all of its rooms, bathrooms, restaurant, dancing lounge, and pool area.
The TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence is one of many awards received by the Don Pancho, such as the ‘Q’ award (of Calidad Turística) and the Quality Award ‘Compromiso de Calidad Turística SICTED’ granted by the Spanish federation Secretaría de Estado de Turismo and the Federación Española de Municipios y Provincias.
